3. Payment Terms

  • We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) – no advance payment required.

  • You are allowed to open and check the parcel before making payment for full satisfaction.

  • Orders are processed only after confirmation via call or WhatsApp message.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Free delivery on all orders above PKR 2500.

  • Standard delivery charges apply for orders below this amount.

  • Delivery time is usually 3–5 working days within Pakistan.

  • We do not offer international shipping.

5. Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

  • To request a return or refund, you must share:

    • A valid reason

    • A 10-second video of the product showing the issue

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

6. Customer Responsibilities

  • Please ensure your contact and shipping information is accurate.

  • Promptly respond to order confirmation messages or calls.

7. Intellectual Property

  • Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

  • Bouncy Buddies is not responsible for courier delays or damages caused during shipping.

  • We are not liable for issues due to product misuse or mishandling.
