📦 Return Policy

• We do not offer returns after delivery.

• Customers are allowed to open and check the parcel at the time of delivery in front of the rider.

• If the product is wrong or damaged on the spot, you may refuse the parcel immediately.

• Once the rider leaves, no return requests will be accepted.

🔄 Exchange Policy

• Exchange is only applicable if we deliver the wrong product.

• The product must be unused and in original condition.

• If the delivered product matches your order, no exchange will be provided.
